At Greenlight Guru, I have had the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the Greenlight Guru Academy, a pivotal component of a multi-product MedTech SaaS organization. The Academy is more than just an eLearning platform; it's a monetized marketplace specializing in product education and industry-wide training, making it a vital resource for both customers and industry professionals.

My role within the Academy is focused on creating courses that delve into the intricacies of the broader MedTech industry and its regulations. This experience has not only broadened my understanding of the MedTech field but also provided insights into the dynamics of customer and product education.

While my primary focus is on the general MedTech industry and regulatory content, my exposure to the Academy allowed me to grasp the essence of both customer education and product education.
